Just take my money! Why are you refusing it?

Although I subscribed to a NOW Entertainment 6-month contract, every month is the same thing:

  1. Payment fails! (even though my card details are saved and I have enough money)
  2. I add my payment details again (they keep getting lost!)
  3. I have to find my way to bypass bots and chat with a real person
  4. They send me a code to restart my 6-month contract
  5. I manually have to pay it again

I've used a Mastercard and Visa and it's always the same thing.

I'm getting tired of this... NOW is the only subscription service that doesn't understand how subscriptions work.

Have you tried PayPal?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
