Just Signed Up

Hi,

Four days ago I signed up online for Super Fibre broadband at £25 per month.  I did first speak to an adviser about the 4th July 2023 price increase shown on the plans webpage and he assured me that this would not apply to any new member signing up from now to the 4th July 2023. I have not seen this in writing anywhere. Is anyone else aware of this?

You should have had an email when you signed up with all the deatails in.

 Usually what you see when you sign up, is what you pay

it states from July you'll see the increase until the end of the contract:

£25 a month until 4th July 2023, then £28.50 a month for the remainder of the 12 month minimum term
