Ive been speaking with rithik

I've been speaking with your colleagues every time we go to process my refund the window closes

I presume you mean on live chat? Sadly there's nothing we can do to help here, NOW don't deal wirh forum posts directly. If there is a delay whilst chatting try adding something like "Hello?" every couple of minutes to keep it live. I have always found I am prompted when there is a hiatus.

As mentioned by @redchiz1 staff don’t monitor the forum in the manner you are hoping for. You are best to get back in touch with them.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
