Issues with Confused.com Voucher and BT TV

I am with BTTV and my account is managed on their system. I noted that I could add a voucher for Entertainment on the NOW TV website.

I purchased insurance through Confused, com and opted for a 6 month entertainment pass voucher.

The voucher came and I followed the instructions to add it but it gave me the error message, "Sorry, you’re not eligible for this offer. Check the offer terms for details."

I have contacted Confused.com and they don't know why I have the issue. I have suggested that it is because I am on NOWTV and linked with BTTV but they are confused.com! lol. They are getting back to me.

Are there any Now TV employees on this forum who can assist?

Why do they let me add a voucher for a service I do not use but then says I cant use a voucher?

Hi @Anonymous User

I don't work for NowTV (just a customer) but according to this linked article below only a one day sports pass vouchers are currently permitted if you are a BT TV customer where your NowTV Bolt on Passes are paid directly to BT.

Should you need to contact a NowTV Staff Member, then i would suggest dropping them an email using the address below or if you use Twitter send them a Tweet, where the Community Forum is predominantly used by customers interacting with other customers.
