I try to make payment to take out the broadband and once I enter my details it asks to verify through bank app which I do. After that the website returns this error "Something’s not right, please try again."
This is not a bank issue as I have paid with a different site using the same method with verification and it went through no problem (directly after)
is there another way to set this payment up? have tried another browser
I have had the same problem today, however my bank has now stated that the payment of £5 has been taken from my bank account. Now I cant see if the order has been placed with the £5 being paid. Am I now going to have to re-do order with another account and pay another £5??
