Is this the worst TV service ever?

I started an account under the 'free trial' option... I've had to pay for my trial. You get shuffled between the app and the webpage. It is beyond difficult to work out how to reach customer services. I'm so sorry, but this is genuinely the most poorly-designed, ill-thought-through service. I am absolutely baffled. A three-year-old could design a better tv watching service. I'd say this direct to someone from customer services, but god only knows how you contact them. Thanks for my 'free' trial - super happy I wasted seven pounds of my money on this absolute joke of a product. Also - it should be illegal to advertise something as free when it isn't. And just so your designers and QA people know, if a 27 year-old can't work out how to navigate the website - no one can. I'm absolutely livid now.
