Is a refund available?

My 2 year old son just brought a nowtv pass by mistake. I’ve cancelled it as soon as I could. Could I get a refund? As they can clearly see how fast I cancelled and how it won’t get used the whole month.

Oh and add a payment pin. Go my account, settings and pins then payment pin and add one.

I’ve spoken to someone on the live chat and it’s been sorted and a payment pin has been put on! Thank you
