Currently home group would like to do repairs on my home and this would mean being out of my house for a few month so I was wondering if you can knock internet payments off until I’m back in my home as I will not be using it and it’s just a waste of money

You might prefer to get the service moved to your new location while you existing one is being refurbished.

 

You can (and will need to) contact NowTV Broadband to discuss your options, as it can’t be done in the Community, where sensitive details might get exposed to all and sundry.

 

Work through the following, until you get a number to call NowTV Broadband on, and then call them on it:-

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
