Internet cut off (Direct Debit was dropped - I didn't cancel)

Hi there,

I have 2 broadband accounts with you guys for 2 different properties.

I lost my bank card and got a replacement.

I had no idea that this would effect my broadband as I thought it was set up using direct debit (acc no. & sort code) but anyways it seems like Payments had failed for last month and both account's have had their internet cut off.

I've made payment online right now but my questions are.

1. How long does it take for the internet to come back on after payment has been made

2. Is there anything else I need to do to get the internet working. I'm abroad right now so can't call customer support.

Saying you guys on here is pointless I am afraid, you don't and want talk to staff relating to broadband. See this thread for the forum purpose.

If that fails you can email support.
customer services @ now tv .com (ensure no spaces)

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
