Increase in my monthly payment and my contract has not expired?

Hello

Im curious to why my monthly payment has gone up from 21 pound to 24.50 after renewing my contract Feb 2023 . The increase began in July 2023?

You should have received an email before July from Sky / NOW about the price increase.

Myself and two other family members did.

Though a few people on the forum reckoned they received no email notification of the price changes.

Hi @Ben86 

If you never got the email notification from Sky, then perhaps put a complaint in using the communication methods in this link page below.

Myself, my Sister and my Father got the Sky email about the £3.50 price increase of NOW Broadband around the middle to end of May.
