I used a two month entertainment voucher and a two month cinema voucher. I've just noticed they've carried on charging me for Cinema, so I've been charged 9.99 in June and July when I shouldn't. Finding a contact number or live chat seems to just send me through a loop of these posts. How can I speak to someone to reverse charges???

The Entertainment monthly charge is normally £8.99, where the Cinema monthly charge is £11.99.
A £9.99 charge normally denotes a one day Sports Pass.
When you go to My Account > Bills & Payments whilst logged on here what charges are against your account ?
If it's a one day Sports Pass, then does anybody else have access to your playback devices and do you have a payment Pin setup on your account ?
