Incorrect broadband package for months

Dear NowTV

I've just logged into my account to check how much the broadband part of my contract is and have found that you have been charging me for a broadband service which is unavailable at my house for months. You've put me on FabFibre, but fibre is not available to my house and my speeds are <14Mbps download and <1Mbps upload at best. In addition, your website advertises £25 pm for fab fibre including line rental and yet I'm paying £32 pm.

Your online chat is rarely available and you provide no email address or phone number to be able to contact you about this, so am trying the community route to see if I can find out why you're charging me for an unavailable service and at a higher rate than shown on your own website?
