Incorrect billing / lack of chat

Hiya

 

I have had a number of passes appear on my bill - I suspect that setting up a new Roku box did this. I have gone into my account and cancelled then apart from a sports pass that I have now been billed for.

 

I appreciate these are difficult time but chat was not working Saturday, was out Sunday and now

"Live Chat for TV issues is currently unavailable due to government-imposed travel restrictions. In the meantime, you might be able to find the help you need in our Help Centre or Community, or by logging in to My Account. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your Understanding in these unprecedented circumstances"

 

So in the absence of chat does anyone know of any other way to resolve this? I've tried twitter but that had no response either .... 😞
