Impossible to cancel

Tried everything to cancel. Logged in to my account with 2 different browsers on my PC. Pressing cancel button does nothing, and no option to live chat.

Tried on my android phone also via the website (not the app) but same problem.

Trying to cancel subsciptons for Movie and Entertainment, but its the most un-user-friendly and painful experience i have ever known for a media company.

Any ideas please??? i have no hair to tear out!!

Spoke to customer support within 10 minutes of placing order to cancel as will not reach me in time and they cannot cancel 'as too late'...

Very unimpressed

They have terrible customer service when you are trying to cancel anything. I’ve been with them for a 12 month broadband contract, I’m trying to cancel and I have been listening to their hold music for a total of 2.5 hours so far, disgusting service!
