IT issues

I have to admit I am really not happy.  I have been trying to reload my Now Player as it was not working and it is saying that my PC is not compatible with the player anymore - its very new so that does not make sense and has a decent processor.  

I cannot get any help with this. The contact pages just send me down dead ends, I cannot get up the live chat and obviously actually calling someone is now part of the stone age. 

I have also engaged the live chat about this last week and they promised me a link and I never got one. This is time consuming - it takes a lot longer than talking to someone and I am very close to cancelling my subscription.

describing your problem, and see if you get a better response there.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
