I watched 1 second of content, can I still get a refund?

So I purchased the Sky Cinema pass from NowTV and cancelled it a couple of minutes later due to me having purchased it by accident, however after cancelling it I watched 1 or 2 seconds of a movie. Any help is appreciated.

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

Firstly go to My Account > Passes & Vouchers whilst logged in on here and fully cancel the pass that you accidentally started.

 

Then to avoid this happening again in the future, go to My Account > Settings & Pins and add a payment pin to your account.

 

With regards to a refund, then because live chat is currently closed due to COVID-19, then fill in and send back this NowTV request form linked below.
