I was offered a 1 month free entertainment pass, after I cancelled my 14-day movies trial, but I got an error message in red text saying this cannot be redeemed right now or something similar to that after I clicked the orange button to get the free month entertainment pass, I then looked at the entertainment pass section and it was only offering me a 14-day trial instead of the 30-day trial that originally showed up, is there a voucher code or something that a member of the now tv team can send to me please so that I can have access to the free 30-day entertainment pass I was promised? thanks in advance, Paula 🙂 my email address is [email removed]
