I was billed TWICE!!!

Was trying to subscribe to the Entertainment package to avail of the £15 for 3 months promo but for some reason NowTV subscribed me to the Movies section. So now I was charged £15 but have to swiftly cancel it. But NowTV still took money.

So, now I had "re-subscribe" to Entertainment again for £15.

Has this issue been occuring in some users? And what can NowTV do about it? 

I'm happy ill still be able to watch movies till end of January but im unhappy that NowTV still have to charge me for it.

A similar glitch happened a couple weeks ago to another user. Jump onto live chat and see what staff can do for you.

Make sure you click “chat online” within the green box, don’t hit “get help quicker” as this is a bot.
