I want to permanently delete my account.

There is no way to delete my debit card details or to delete the account. 

 

It is very uncomfortable to know that I have no access to my personal data and can't even delete it. 

 

Please BE KIND AND LET US DELETE OUR ACCOUNTS. 

 

I don't care if there was not payment. I just want to delete my account and to know how.

As here.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
