I want to change my payment account but it doesn't accept my address

I want to change my payment details from one account to another, but for some reason my address won't be accepted. It doesn't come up as an option for my postcode in the dropdown and when I enter it manually it comes up with an error after I finish. Weirdly, this is only happening for the payment account I choose for the internet - for TV it worked fine.

I expect your Broadband is tied to that address; it would be unusual, if not unknown, to want to pay for broadband at one address from another address.

Consult Now Broadband Support, and see what they say. The number is under ‘Moving Home’ in your Account details for broadband.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
