I purchased a NOW TV entertainment pass a couple of weeks ago. I've had one before, and while the subtitles were a bit hit and miss, I could get them on most of the programmes I wanted to watch. This time I can't get them on any programmes at all - I understand now that it's an issue with LG tvs, but I wasn't aware of this before I purchased. I have subsequently tried to watch on my laptop via the NOW TV player, but I'm constantly getting a message saying that there is a connection issue. I've followed all the suggested fixes for this but I'm not getting any nearer being able to watch anything with subtitles.
I therefore want to cancel my pass, but I also want to ask for a refund for this month as I just have not been able to use it. I've tried every possible way to contact NOW TV, but to no avail because of the reduced customer support - there is nothing I can find in the FAQs etc. that covers this.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
