I’ve been incorrectly charged and I can’t cancel my subscription

Hi Now TV. I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription, but every time I go to ‘my account’ or ‘my passes’ I seem to have none there and therefore cannot cancel. I’ve also been charged (incorrectly). The live chat doesn’t help at all and I can’t get hold of anyone. Would someone please email me. Thanks
