I try and go to Payment details and the website keeps going to Nowtv/shop

I'm trying to change my card details to my new card, but everytime I click Payment Details on My Account it goes to the page and then it goes the the nowtv.com/shop and won't let me see the payment detail page

@Anonymous User I just tried and it does the same. I'm using Chrome which notoriously has problems with NowTV. Have you tried a different browser like Edge?

@Anonymous User your best bet would be to email

 

customerservices @ nowtv.com (ensuring no spaces)

 

explaining what's happening. They may be able to change your details at there end but in all honesty I'm not sure they can. At the very least they'll be made aware of the issue with the page links in your account and might have a fix.
