I tried to cancel by subscription but...

Another payment was taken, so I cancelled again, I can't remember now how. But I now read I am on a minimum 6 month contract, so althugh I cancelled it will continue for 6 months. Can anyone explain what's going on? All I wanted was to watch Succession!

There are some deals that commit you to 6 months, If you signed up for that then you are stuck I fear. You can try contacting the support team and see if they have any sympathy, click on the green Chat online button near the top of the page here during the hours shown.
