I need to find how many devised attached on my account

 I do not sign in with a password, but have an email on my account, but every time I hit the "send a link" to access my account area to do this It say it is unable to do it.

You need to speak with staff via live chat. Make sure you’re signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down.

I’m glad you understood that, because I didn’t. What are we discussing here?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
