I’m paying for entertainment package when I’ve been told it’s part of my broadband deal!?

Why have I been sold something that I never asked for when the entertainment part was part of my broadband deal!?

Hi @Anonymous User

Normally NOW don't bundle in a free Entertainment Membership with their Broadband deal from what i have seen (unless it was a short term offer that i missed on their website).

What they normally tend to do is on sign up is offer new Broadband customers an optional discounted Membership of Entertainment, Cinema and Sports.

Here's a current example from their website, where they are offering 12 months at £5.99 per month Entertainment Membership which would be extra over each month on top of the monthly Broadband & Phone bill.

Did you get an email confirmation about the free inclusive Entertainment Membership and if so get in touch with NOW live chat.

@Anonymous User Did you sign up or otherwise commit separately to an Entertainment Boost when you ordered?

As this is essentially to do with your Broadband contract I would call them on 0800 759 1213.
