I’m expecting a refund from Now tv as they’ve taken fees without permission…over a month now

Anyone know how long refunds take? Now tv have taken funds for the last 3 months after I cancelled and was told on live chat I would receive a refund and still nothing a month on…it comes to something when you need to post on a message board to get an answer. Nobody to speak with and no chat service available right now…shocking service

If its TV memberships your only options are Live chat or email. 

Broadband customers have a contact number they are able to call.

This is a customer based forum, you need to contact NOW directly as advised by @gavs82008 in his earlier post.

As @redchiz1 mentioned, this is a customer to customer forum, no account issues will be resolved. You will need to go speak directly with staff with one of the methods from my signature as I indicated up thread.
