I joined with an offer and my account shows that I have Boost for 2 pounds per month, I have been charged 5 pounds.
I can't get the Nowbot to help, but I can't talk to anyone if I don't also have broadband!
Does anyone have a number I can call to speak to someone about the incorrect billing?

You can’t talk to anyone about streaming even if you have Now Broadband 😢
You can avoid the Nowbot, by avoiding the promise of Quick Help, and only selecting Live Chat.
