I have had to start a second account as I cannot log in to my origianl account

Last weekend for some reason I was logged out of my account. I have tried to reset my password a number of times but it always says an error has occurred at the time, but sends a message saying it has been reset - and i cannot log in with the new password.

As my wife wanted to see a lot of TV over the wekend, I actioned this account and bought relevant passes - which means I am paying 2 sets of passes and will be until I can get onto my account and cancel.

I need to talk to someone!!!!
