I have given up, your sports streaming has been UNWATCHABLE

I have given up, your sports streaming has been UNWATCHABLE for large parts of the games.

 

Please refund me and cancel all future payments.

 

I was hoping it might get better, but no luck, at least on 4 games now (photo below) and I tested my internet speeds at the time and after and was OK (again see photo)

 

the games that are VERY poor image
