I have charged for sky boost plus movie pass. All i'd like is the entertainment pass.

I would like to have, the entertainment pass, instead I have a movie pass and boost. It is likely an error on my part, My sight is poor, I have perhaps chosen wrong pass.

I never watch films. I am hoping to be able to Exchange the pass over, Is it possible?

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

Firstly go into your account and cancel both the Cinema and Boost Pass if you accidentally purchased them.

 

When you cancel make sure you go through all the steps on screen (approx four steps).

 

Then jump back to My Passes to see that they are both cancelled.

 

Then jump over to live chat and explain to then what's happened and ask for a refund.
