I have been charged after broadband service cancellation

Hi Team,

I had canceled the broadband effective on 15th July and been charged £7.20 on 3rd August as per agreed cancellation charges. However, on 10th August, I have been again charged £20.75.

Please could you verify and help with the required adjustments? Thanks in advance

I cancelled the hd boost with multiple screans will I still be charged

You hijacked the wrong thread for this question. As the thread is about broadband, whereas yours relates to TV only.

Did you receive a confirmation email about the cancellation?

If not then the cancellation didn’t go through.
