I have been billed twice in one month

I am usually billed at the start of each month.  This month March 2022 a payment was taken on the 2nd and another today 15th.  So I have gone online to find who I can talk to and it seems I can talk to no one about it.  This is why I am here.  I have checked my bills and the 15th one doesn't show.  My next payment is apparently 28th March.  Can someone please tell me what s going on and refund the 15th payment as soon as possible.

This is a customer forum, but I can probably point you in the right direction in terms of getting help for your problem.

 

First of all you need to figure out precisely what the two payments were for to do that, go to this link

From here you should be able to see what your recent payments were for. If you decide you are unhappy with anything you can then submit a refund request using the following form. Be aware though that you'll need to submit a separate request for each payment. When filling in the form remember to be as detailed as you possibly can
