I got problem to update payment method via APP and WebPage, need CS email address

My credit for Broadband auto payment was expired, but I got problem to update this via mobile APP and WebPage with different cards on different days, including VISA and Mastercard. Since I am now out of UK and staying oversea, I tried to make a long distance call to the service number. But it asked me to provide a UK number to call back... my UK number not support roaming call.

 

Is there any email address that I can approach the customer service team?

If you are no longer in the UK why do you wish to maintain a NOW broadband account?

Thank you for your reply, that's a good way to approch them and filed a record for my delayed payment.

 

I just stay outside of UK for a short period of time and will come back. Also, I setup a cloud storage at my home, that's why I need to keep this connection.

My bad, it was the "staying outside the UK" bit that threw me! Hope you get things sorted.
