i got a month free membership at Christmas and forgot to cancel my account by the end because I can’t pay for a monthly subscription for February and the transaction is pending on my bank but I don’t want to pay for 2 days of February when I haven’t used it this month, so I want to get my money back but I’m struggling on how to stop the transaction
