How do i go about getting a full refund for the money stolen from me?

You get the full 7 days free as promised; what you don’t get is 7 days to decide if you want to continue or not - you really need to decide before the sixth day.
Which, as above, you thought you had done.
The first thing you should do now is to look on My Account and see if the Pass is really cancelled; and if not, go through the rigmarole again, and make sure it really is Cancelled this time.
For a refund, email help @ nowtv.com (omitting the spaces) and explain what has happened.
