I can’t sign into my account on any platform since Saturday 11th July. I have changed my password 5 times but keep getting the message ‘There was an unexpected error’. I then get an e-mail telling me my password has been changed and to sign in.
When signing in I either get the message ‘Incorrect username/password Your username password were not recognized. Please check and try again (password is case sensitive).’ Or ‘!Unable to sign you in, please try again later.’
I have searched for the account and it does exist, but after numerous attempts to change the password and attempts to sign in with all passwords, I still can’t sign in to my account.
This account has a 3 month sports pass active (you have just taken the money from my account).
Please help!
