I changed my password earlier after forgetting my old one. Took several attempts until it let me log back in on my phone (still doesn't recognise me half the time). I still can't log in on the PS4, I'm getting "sorry we did not recognise either your username or password" over and over. Tried restarting, reinstalling, my boyfriend tried on his PlayStation too.
Nothing works, I can't log in. Email and password are 100% correct and it (occasionally) works on my phone. How can I log back in? GOT is just around the corner! Thanks.
