I can't find my pass(es)? to cancel

Hi. Please can someone help me.

I have tried every avenue of this silly website just trying to cancel my bill. At this point, I'm annoyed but not surprised at how it is so hard for a thing that should be so simple.

Same here ! This is a nightmare. No bloody number to talk to someone. Had a free Cinema trial. Can’t find anywhere to cancel it. If you get an answer please advise

It really is a nightmare! I think it is daylight robbery. Im probably just
going to cancel it at the bank and see from there! Maybe do the same? As
soon as we stop paying, I am sure someone will be in contact with you
