I can't cancel my subscription (still in the free 30 day pass) - when I click on Manage My Account as suggested, it says I have no subscriptions. I definitley have one as I can view Now TV movies on my Xbox! Help please!

If you get the message saying you don't have a subscription your account is not fully set up and there is no need for cancellation.

Hi Bennie,
If your account is not fully set up, you haven't activated your 30 day free trial. In order to do this, just start watching a movie and you'll be prompted to complete your registration. Once you've done this, you can start using the free trial and if you wish to cancel just follow these steps.

your service is terrible, i will never let anyone i know get now tv!!!!!!!!!!!! i havent been able to cancel at all, tried loads of different ways, i couldnt get into my account and on this forum your advisor gave a link and ivev ended up paying for another subscription. i just want to cancel this crap
