I can't cancel my cinema pass

I'm trying to cancel my Cinema pass, for the last 10 days or so there have been daily attempts to take the money from my account (I've moved funds so there isnt enough to cover it and it rejects), while this is going on it wont give me the option to cancel saying that it cant be done while payment is being requested. This has been for well over a week now.

I also have been trying to cancel my cinema pass and have been directed to the payment area. My card is up to date with funds in the account. Please help!
