I appear to have been double charged

Hi Folks,

 

I'm sorry to do this on the forum, but I cant get live chat to work.

 

I was charged 4.80 twice on Th 21st Nov. 4.80 is a discounted price for cinema.

I know it's  not good policy to reply to your own post, but I don't like to to leave 'negative' issues open.

 

I did eventually get chat working, the problem was my browser security settings.

 

The issue of the double charge was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction
