I am being over charged and cannot get to speak with customer service

Can customer service please make itself available? I am going in circles with the chat bot, receiving nothing but deflection links.

Can customer service please get in touch, or alternatively explain how to reach out?

There is a number you can call, although its nicely hidden!

NOW Broadband Members can call us 8am–8pm, 7 days a week.

You will never get customer support messaging you through the back of this forum. That's not how it is used. It is just fellow customers like you and me on here mainly. 

So for me to try point you in the right direction you need to say if its relating to TV or broadband?
As NOW offer 2 types of service and are handled very differently.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
