Ok so I seen there was an option for a 14 day free trial on NowTV, so I proceeded to purchase both movies and Entertainment to see if I liked it. For some reason it instantly charged me for both as actual purchases and I'm not sure why? I'm about to go on holiday and every little bit of money is huge for me and this doesn't help. It was stated that I was actually buying the full purchase product as I looked closely when selecting it. It was clearly both 14 day free trials. Is there any way I could get this reversed as it really wasn't my intention of buying the full product at this moment in time. Thanks if anyone can help.
