I’VE BEEN CHEATED‼️‼️‼️

I took out a seven day trial

 

cancelled it after five days and received confirmation email

 

since then I’ve been charged one payment of £8.99 and then later that day another payment of £3‼️‼️‼️

impossible to contact anyone even the CEO is ignoring my emails!

There is no number for TV passes only broadband.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
