Hi @Anonymous User

Jump over to live chat by clicking the green chat online button from this link page below.

Then explain to them what's happening and ask them to force a logout of all your devices.

Hopefully then by signing in with your new password your ex partner will not be able to use your account on their playback devices any more.

Hi @Anonymous User

Also have a read of this NOW help article in the link below.

There is a section about the forced logout of devices, which normally you can do yourself, but there are reports on the Community forum that doing it yourself is busted at the moment and NOW live chat will have to action it on your behalf.

Perhaps try it yourself first and if it doesn't log you out of all your devices, then contact live chat.

There are reports that this is busted even when the Live Chat team try to use it.

@Anonymous User , will you kindly report back on their success or otherwise here?

@Simon-J can you kindly keep a watching brief on this, and on progress restoring the user feature, so people can do this for themselves once again?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
