How to pay?

I'm trying to add/update a new card to my account, everything goes fine until the very end, can't find my address. It's all there, whats going on? how hard is it to add a new debit card ffs.

You haven't mentioned which service this is for. If it's TV, get in touch with the support team by clicking the green Chat online button near the top of the page here. If it is broadband, call them on 0800 759 1213.

How can you know it’s the same when you don’t know what service is involved?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
