How to make a manual payment?

I've missed two payments and have £44 outstanding. I have ten days to pay, how do I make a manual payment now?.

Would this be an overdue Broadband payment ?

 

If so i believe it can be done over the phone by calling the NOW Broadband Team using the number on the link below.

 

Their telephone line is open between 8am to 8pm.
