How to get a refund after being charged

I’ve tried to cancel my now tv for 3 months now and it’s not letting me do anything I cancelled my bank details but I’m still being charged everytime I go on the now tv app or website it won’t let me cancel it?

For account related matters you will be better off contacting NowTV live chat, where they can delve into your account in more detail to see the reason you can't cancel the passes in question directly yourself.

 

Based on the above advice i am assuming you only have one NowTV account and not trying to cancel passes on an inactive account, where there is another account still active which you have not cancelled the passes on ?
