There may be occasions when you no longer wish some users to be able to watch NOW TV on their devices, eg you allowed friends or relatives to have access to your NOW TV passes and now cannot stop them watching. Changing your password doesn't automatically log them out of their devices straight away so they may still be able to continue watching.
Instead it's possible to change your password and force everyone to sign back into the NOW TV apps if you’ve got a security question set up on your account.
Go to your My Account > Account Details page
https://account.nowtv.com/account-details
and click reset password. If you get the choice to use your secret question, choose that option
and then enter the details asked for (this assumes you'll be able to work out what the answer to your secret question was).
If you do this successfully you'll be asked to choose a new password, and once you've done this you'll be asked if you have apps. Click the 'manage your apps' link
You'll then be able to select NOW TV and confirm you want to remove this.
And once done you should be signed out of all your NOW TV devices. Everyone will now have to sign back in using the new password to gain access. Anyone who doesn't know the new password will no longer be able to watch.
